Monday:
The Church Council & Parish Council normally hold their meetings on a Monday.
Tuesday:
On Tuesday there are three Bible Study Groups. One, for ladies, meets in the morning and the other two meet in the evening.
There is also a Ladies Prayer Group on a Tuesday afternoon.
On Tuesday evening, from 6pm to 8pm, Mark Collins, the Youth Leader, runs Christ Church Covenanters. This is currently
for the older church attending children, teenagers.
Please see Rev Dominic for more details.
Wednesday:
From 10am until 12am we run a Mother & Toddler drop-in in the Church hall for anyone who wishes to come. There is
no cost for attending, and we rely on donations to help us run this event.
From about 10.30am until 12.30pm we have 'Open Church'. Open to all who wish to drop in, for a time of tea or coffee,
chat, and on suitable occasions for a time of prayer ('Simply Prayer').
At 8pm there is 'Parish Heartbeat', a weekly church prayer group that takes place in the Cyril Woodward Memorial Room
in the Church hall. This is an open group to all who wish to take part.
Few scheduled events take place on a Thursday, partly because it is the minister's day off.
Friday:
On Friday evenings 'Youth Church' takes place in the Church Hall from 6pm until 7.30pm. This is exclusively for children
of families attending Christ Church. There is a time of Bible reading, followed by various games trying to use Biblical themes,
and the evening finishes with art time, recapping the story covered from the bible.

Church Services.
Lord's Day services are the heart and the core of the congregation's activities. Currently the regular services take place
at 11am and 6.30pm on a Lord's Day.
There is also normally a service of remembrance of the Lord's Supper on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 9am.
In the services we worship the Lord, pray for the needs of the church and the world, and sing praises to our God. The
services may take a variety of forms but they are all liturgical, and a key part of every service is the preaching of Scripture.
